Questions about billing
How does the 3-day trial work?
Your trial starts the moment you sign up. No card required.
When it ends, you simply can't access paid features until you
choose a plan — nothing is charged automatically.
How are payments processed?
We use Cryptomus for crypto payments (USDT, SOL, BTC, ETH). Each subscription is a one-off purchase that extends your plan — there are no recurring charges.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can buy any tier at any time. Upgrades take effect
immediately and extend your current period; downgrades take
effect at the start of the next period.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used for Twitter profile checks (KOL lookups,
follower counts, etc.). Each tier includes a monthly allotment.
If you run out, you can top up at any time without changing
your subscription.
What if I need more than 5 devices?
Talk to support. We can issue a custom plan for teams that
need more devices or higher credit limits.
